1. 少喝酒，不酗酒，勤喝水、常喝茶
2. 尽量不吸烟，特别是在禁烟区和妇幼、老人的身边
3. 少糖、少盐、少油，多水果蔬菜
4. 保持运动，保持微笑，保持宽厚

“塔罗tarot”一词，是取自埃及语的tar(道）和ro(王）两词，含有“王道”的意思。因此，“塔罗”本身也就是指身为王者，他应该具备的正确决断力，这也正是这种占卜方式的起源。据传，塔罗一开始并不是以牌的形式在流传，而是一部书，据说是用来传达神的旨意的神秘之书。
“命由天定，事在人为”，所谓命运是偶然中的必然，也是必然中的偶然，在你所遇之事、之人、之环境的诸多排列组合之后，便形成命运。塔罗牌便是在告诉你命运是任何人与事，甚至是上天都不能操控的，因为命运在我们自己的手里，它会因我们的决定、选择、认知的不同而使得命运有所变化。
