And China is placing many of its nuclear plants near large cities, exposing millions of people to radiation in the event of an accident.

这也忒过了吧 康日新还有沈如刚的贿是西门子行的好像,是岭澳三期的数字主控系统的项目.咱现在这个核电的项目真挺让人担心的,不是什么环境问题,而是我们的人员培训,一个反应堆操纵员的培训时间和标准都被我们简化了不少...这个问题WANO(国际原子能营运者协会)在第一眼看到我们的发展示意图的时候就提到了:"你们能那么快地培训这么多人么?" 葡萄是酸的吗？
