TOKYO (AP) — Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda is reshuffling his Cabinet in a bid to win more cooperation from the opposition to raise the sales tax and rein in the country's bulging fiscal deficit.      

日本首相野田佳彦重组内阁，是为了赢得更多的合作，提高销售税的反对和抑制该国日益膨胀的财政赤字。
