(Reuters) - U.S. prosecutors arrested a Chinese computer programmer on charges he stole software code valued at nearly $10 million from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

因为被控非法复制软件，在美联储纽约银行工作的合同程序员张博，被美国联邦地方法院提起刑事指控。
