North Korea has agreed with theUnited States to suspend major elements of its atomic weapons programme in a surprise breakthrough that could pave the way for the resumption of long-stalled nuclear disarmament talks with the secretive state.

美朝达成协定，朝放决定暂时中断核试验，这确实是一个惊喜。而这也是重起六方会谈的第一步。
