所以我就不一一重复了，一般词典上可以查到的东西我也不重复。
这里只给出对9个问题的参考答案和对一些讨论中没有解决的问题的参考回答。
1. 读完后，用一句话（英语）概括中心意思
答：Google attack reveals the scale of the cyber-attacks, believed to be backed by Chinese government, against US companies.
2."The cyber-attack that made Google consider pulling out of China was run of the mill, say security experts."里run of the mill是什么意思？这里的run是什么意思？
答：其实文章标题已经给出了注解。
看看大标题：Security experts say Google cyber-attack was routine.
再看看小标题：The cyber-attack that made Google consider pulling out of China was run of the mill, say security experts.
把枝叶剪掉，大标题就是：Google cyber-attack was routine.
小标题就是：The cyber-attack was run of the mill.
这下看出来run of the mill的同义词是哪个了吧？
run of the mill是一个固定搭配，起源于米国。在最早使用这个搭配的文章里，mill指的是织布厂，run指的是工厂生产的一个批次。run of the mill指的是刚刚生产出来的一批未经质量检验的产品。这种产品有什么特点呢？肯定是良莠不齐，有好有坏。所以run of the mill的价格比一等品要便宜。后来引申的意思就是Being of no special quality or type, average, common, ordinary, plain, routine, standard. 类似的说法还有：Run of the kiln, bricks等等。
这里的意思是说google受到的这种攻击太常见了，没有什么特别的。
3. 此文中BBC有没有明确说出自己的观点？
答：没有。报道里仅仅引用了很多相关公司，比如网络安全公司、杀毒防毒公司等的观点，以示客观性。但报道哪种观点，份量有多大，却是由BBC记者自己决定的。

Google的结论是这次袭击可能有中国政府背景。证据是(1)Those being attacked were Chinese human-rights activists; (2) the attacker came from China.
这些证据都站不住脚，没有一点可以证明Google的推理。后来新闻报道，Google所说的遭遇黑客的“人权活动家”一个是藏独分子，攻击实际上来源于台湾，那所谓的证据是google黑了那台湾黑客的计算机后取得的。
9. Blame Game是什么意思？
答：想象有一个皮球叫blame，谁接到这个皮球就要承担对一个不良后果的责任，被大家blame。那么谁愿意接下它呢？没人愿意，所以自然是大家都把blame踢给别人。

cyber-space实际上指的是互联网空间、世界。那么这么引申下去，cyber-criminal就是网上这个世界里的罪犯，同样，你可以自己用cyber组词，比如cyber-man, byber-girl等等。
? 这句话"The fact that they have come out and are transparent about what has happened is good for user trust"怎么理解？这里的transparent是什么意思？
transparent: Free from guile; candid or open: 不伪装的；坦率的。come out: To declare oneself publicly.
这里的They指的是google.
原句可以改写为：
Google has come out and is transparent about what has happered. That is good for user trust.
