Isn’t italready enough? Or does India need some more provocations from China toget provoked? There have been incursions by the Chinese army in Ladakh,Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh. What more are we waiting for now?Shouldn’t the UPA Govt get its act together and remind Chinese thattoday it’s 2009, not 1962?The air dropping of expired food cans inthe drought affected regions of India by China was not a mistake.Because China does nothing by mistake. It was a calculated insultfollowed by painting of rocks red on India’s side.

Can we ask the UPA Govt: Why on earthare we acting so timid? Why can’t we register a strong protest againstChinese and tell them to stay away from our areas?

The UPA Govt should show some steel inits spine and must order army to advance towards border areas as thereis a genuine and serious threat from China.
Because of its soft posturing, the UPAGovt is not doing any good and aggressive neighbouring countries viewIndia as a soft and least assertive state. A tough approach is neededin matters related to the national security.

Chinese aggressions on ground and verbal diktats are gettingtoo much to handle. It is time India behaved like a powerful nation andtell Chinese to mind their own business.

While an all out war with China is avery remote possibility, still it’s high time India start behaving likean aspiring global power. The diplomatic response so far has beendisappointing and leaves a lot to be desired.
