Greg, let's wait and see what the evidence is on this case rather than presume guilt or innocence. Mining is a rough and tumble game and these price negotiations are worth tens of billions. Reports in the Chinese press indicate Rio Tinto had incredible detail on the Chinese Iron and Steel Association negotiating position including prices they were willing to pay and full internal briefings for negotiators. They also claim Rio held very detailed internal information from almost every steel mill in China on demand, production schedules and capacity to pay. If true, that's fairly high level industrial espionage. Again, let's wait and see what goes through the court process and what evidence is presented to Chinese courts on Rio Tinto's conduct.
