Green 'tax' to rise every year... but don't worry, ministers claim overall bills will be lower - because their policies will make you use less energy
昨日，大臣们承认，到2020年，每个家庭将会每年交280英磅的“绿色税”以支持能源转化为风能、太阳能和核能。
Families will pay £280 a year in ‘green taxes’ by 2020 to fund the shift to wind, solar and nuclear power, ministers  admitted yesterday.
