China said Saturday that its monthly trade deficit reached $31.5 billion in February, its weakest performance in over a decade and the latest indication of slowing growth in the nation’s economy.        

中国海关总署3月10日发布的2012年1至2月中国外贸进出口情况，2月份中国贸易逆差达315亿美元，标志着国家经济增长放缓。
