周三，美国国防部长在访问阿富汗期间对士兵说，以美国为首的联盟在这个战乱冲突的国家的十年动乱中赢得了胜利。
US Defence Secretary Leon Panetta on Wednesday told troops during a visit to Afghanistan that the US-led coalition was winning the 10-year conflict in the war-torn country.
