(CNN) -- Forty-five years after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down a ban on interracial marriage, the rate of marriage across racial and ethnic lines in the United States is on the rise, according to a new study released Thursday.
the reverse is true for Asians, where about 36% of females married outside their race compared to 17% of male newlyweds. And intermarriages for white and Hispanic people do not vary by gender, researchers found.

联邦最高法院取消异族通婚禁令已有45年，周四公布的最新研究报告显示，全国异族通婚比率呈上升趋势，公众接受度也相应增加。皮尤的报告显示，大约36%的亚裔女性嫁给外族。
