Fighting has been raging near the town ofDebaltseve in eastern Ukraine

On the ground in eastern Ukraine, rebelscaptured the town of Vuhlehirsk near Debaltseve. Ukrainian defence ministryspokesman Vladislav Seleznyov was quoted by AP News agency as saying governmenttroops were trying to drive them out again.
