Malaysian Airlines will become an "entirelynew company" its new boss has said.

马来西亚航空公司将成为一个“全新的公司”，新老板称。

"We will leave the old Malaysian airlinesbehind," Christoph Mueller told the BBC.

He insisted that the transition would be "anorderly process".

Mr Mueller, who took the helm in May, said earlierthis month that the airline was "technically bankrupt", and announceda restructuring plan involving 6,000 job cuts.

He said the airline expected no further bad news"particularly for our new employees".

Instead, Mr Mueller said improving its technology,renegotiating contracts with its suppliers and generally becoming moreefficient would help the airline to cut costs further.
