ALABAMA，FLORIDA的部分学校学生会负责人和UGA, 清华校友会的负责人和我们取得了联系愿意组织和参与此活动。

Thank you so much for your participation and offer for help. Please see information below:
A), Current Status:
1) We currently have received more than 30 people confirmed participation. around 80 un-confirmed people
2) We received student organization leaders support from Alabama, Florida, UGA. They will co-organize the whole event with us.
3) We received help and support from tsinghua alumni association
4) We are stilling waiting to see if ACP, CBAA, and any student organization from Georgia Tech, GSU, Emory can co-organzied and suppor this event
B),First meeting:
1) When: 4/9/2008(Wednesday)7:30PM
2) Where: China Town food court (sorry, I cannot figure out a better place where we are all familiar)
3) Who: Anybody who are interested in helping, coming up good ideas
4) Initial Agenda for the meeting
a) decide the best date for the event
b) discuss an optimizied gathering and rally process
c) disccuss the banner, brochure, flag, and any positive public relationship ideas
d) responsiblilities and assignment allocation to all our volunteer organziers
C) Call for talented organzier and Public speakers to help on this event.
D) We do have created a yahoo group: truthoftibet@yahoogroups.com, But I still feel we'd better have many public discussion on different forum and bbs to attract more people
