SRB是中国国家物资储备局，而Chalco是中国铝业，这次购买应该算是刺激国内市场吧。

国家储备局此次采购大约有一半是从中国铝业购入的，中国铝业是中国重要的国有金属公司。消息称，订单将分配到七个冶炼厂，每个冶炼厂供货20，000吨。


这里other的意思应该是“不同的”，而不是“另外的”。
因为前面说了总采购量是300，000吨，而中国铝业占到几乎一半，确切的数量是140,000吨，七个冶炼厂，每个负责生产20,000。
