More South Australians are in home isolation because they may have been in contact with swine flu.
Seven were on the cruise ship the Pacific Dawn which docked in Sydney at the weekend after a 35-day trip that included Hawaii.
Three passengers and a crew member from the Pacific Dawn are confirmed to have swine flu.
SA's chief medical officer Professor Paddy Phillips says seven South Australian passengers are being tested, as is another South Australian who recently returned from the United States.
"Just as all suspect cases are, they're asked to stay at home, limit their contact with other people, take anti-viral medicines," he said.
But an Adelaide man says he knows of four other South Australians who may need to be tested for swine flu.
Ron McCallum says he met the four people - his in-laws and two friends - at Adelaide Airport on Monday and they travelled on public transport on Monday night to get home.
Mr McCallum says he called the swine flu telephone hotline on their behalf on Tuesday but was told not to do anything.
"Only if they had flu-like symptoms were they to go and call the hospital or call a doctor and get themselves tested," he said.
"So according to the hotline, don't worry about it unless you feel like you're getting the flu and then do something.
Otherwise go about lives as normal."
A woman, 40, and her 15-year-old daughter remain the only confirmed cases of swine flu in SA, but the woman's son, 12, is also being treated as a potential flu sufferer.
