我觉得“non-Uyghur ”这个词最好不要加入，因为：1，更易引起国内对立，毕竟世维会没有合法的维吾尔族代表权；2，目前暂没有调查数据的支持（黑夜中谁知道杀了谁？况且有没有自卫的呢？）

另外，根据目前的进展，还要注意向全球受众介绍事态已经受到控制，法律程序正在进行的情况了，也是为了社会经济的正常秩序不受片面消息的影响。

想从国外的角度讲一讲：
国外（主要在Anglo-Saxon国家) 现在是认为你是镇压了维吾尔百姓（西媒也是有意这样地诱导本国百姓）。在这种是非已颠倒的情况下，把你上面的讲出去，国外反而更加认为你真的镇压了，要不然为何急于说 /强调说出事态已经受到控制？

我不怀疑事态已经受到控制。暴徒选晚上出来，就可以证明国内治安能力。但是对中国有利的是，要大讲中国受了暴力之害，受了恐怖之害。

请问LZ可否将这些照片的无文字版打包上传？
如果条件允许，我想做一个视频幻灯，BGM都找好了，《梦之安魂曲》缓慢版。
P.S.我在能做视频的电脑这还能呆一天左右。为了防止以后没有机会，我还是把找到的BGM上传吧。

On July 5, 2009, a gang instigated by Rabiye Qadir, head of World Uyghur Congress, committed brutal violence in Urumchi, China. After being dispersed by police, the mob ran into streets killing EVERY passer-by of Han ethnicity and beating others. By daytime 3 innocent & 1 policeman were reported dead; but overnight 152 passers-by, most of them of Han ethnicity and some belonging to other ethnic groups, were found killed! 1080 wounded! Some western reports are lying about this, I appeal to your human decency. Help us spread the truth so that the world's people would not be misled by liars and the innocent casualties will be soundly justified by law.

两点建议；

---上次，没改 “gang”，是为了保持原作者的原文。gang，指少数，有时指非暴力的一伙，建议改为：criminal gangs，或 violent mobs

---“。。。。。。 so that the world's people would not be misled by liars and the innocent casualties will be soundly justified by law. ”

去people，World 即可； innocent 后跟 victims，如下：

so that the world would not be misled，and the innocent victims will be (justifiably) served by law.

The deaths caused by the crime have increased to 184 as just reported!

用行动为死者默哀。
