China orders nationwide emission cuts by 2015
中国政府已经下令给各级地方政府，要求到2015年实现“主要污染物”至少减少10%。近期以来，公众对不良空气的忧虑逐渐上升。
China has ordered local governments to reduce emissions of "major pollutants" by as much as 10 per cent by 2015, amid growing public anxiety over the country's bad air.
