【原文标题】North Korea Open to Talks on Nuclear Program



SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea said Wednesday that it was open to further negotiations over a deal to halt its uranium enrichment program, an agreement that seemed within reach before the death of Kim Jong-il last month.
