3月29日,菲律宾派出一艘渔船运载士兵,在南海突破中国海警船的封锁,非法抵达仁爱礁运送补给。因菲方想挑起南海争端,因此这次在渔船上安排了多名外国媒体记者随行。但让菲律宾没想到是,当各国记者搭乘菲方船只抵达仁爱礁时,收到了中国运营商发来的手机短信:“欢迎来到中国!”4月1日菲总统新闻官科罗马证实此事属实。目前,菲律宾运营商全球电信正在调查此事。
