The Supreme Court declined to extend a stayon Florida’s state same-sex marriage ban earlier this month, but confusionapparently reigns over where same-sex unions can legally take place in thestate, Reuters is reporting. Many state clerks claim that the ruling shouldonly apply to the county named in the case, making the rest of the state exemptfrom granting marriage licenses to gay couples.
