Chinese conglomerate Dalian Wanda will buy Swiss sports marketing firm Infront Sports & Media with a group of investors for $1.19bn (£780m). 中国地产企业大连万达集团表示，已同意以11.9亿美元收购瑞士体育营销公司盈方体育传媒集团。
Wanda will buy 68.2% of the firm from private equity company Bridgepoint, but it did not name the other shareholders. 万达在一份声明中表示，将持有盈方68.2%股权。但声明并未提及其他股东。
Infront holds broadcasting rights to some of the world's biggest sporting events like the football World Cup. 盈方拥有世界大型体育活动的转播权，比如世界杯。
