有一个很冷的笑话，说的是，人的身体里面，最重要的部位是哪一个？答案肯定是，大脑。但是人们往往忽略了，这个答案是哪个部位帮你想出来的。如果你的屁股也有思考的功能，想必很多人的答案就不是大脑而是屁股了吧？那我再问一个问题，美元是不是这个世界上最重要的一种货币，如果全世界离开了这种东西就像朝鲜人民离开伟大领袖一样不能活了？想必很多人也会给出肯定的回答，因为所有人接受的教育过程中看到的教科书都是这样写的。那么真正的问题来了，当代世界的经济学教科书里面的观念，又是哪一个国家的人给你灌输进去的呢？

在本ID看来，经济学这门学科基本上可以归类为一门伪科学，其地位应该等同或低于风水，算命这类学科，然而很不幸的是，中国经济的话语权却大量掌握在这群研究伪科学的人手里，这好比什么呢，赵国即将跟秦国大战，秦国已经放出了一群虎狼之师，赵国这边却派出了一群赵括。当然，最令人烦心的是本人的朋友圈还经常被赵括们刷屏，导致最近使用微信的欲望大减。算了，不揶揄赵括们了，说正事。这两天大量的新闻在报道中国央行在离岸人民币市场的干预，高呼打爆空头，仿佛一夜间红旗插遍全球，做空势力已被踩到脚下，事实真的是这样吗？假设一个市场里面是有操纵者的，那么最低层次的操纵者是什么？一定是那种直接拿钱去推高股价或者拿钱去砸低股价的操纵者，俗称，傻庄。一个高级操纵者去操弄的，一定不是价格，而是人心，是顺着市场的趋势去玩弄和激发起每一个市场参与者内心深处隐藏着的恐惧，和贪婪。

那么，外汇市场是可以操纵的吗？别去翻书了，书本上那个答案是错的。你去问一个16世纪的人，时间是固定流逝的吗，他肯定会告诉你是啊，因为在他那个时代所接触到，根本不涉及到光速这个级别的速度，自然觉得时间是均匀流逝任何外力不可扭转的。可是一旦到了光速这个级别，一个按照光速前进的人眼里，时间的流逝不仅是可以扭转的，而且会随着与光速的接近程度不断变慢。这是一个很通俗的例子，它说明了，低速低能的物理世界，跟高速高能的物理世界，是两个完全不一样的世界，同样，处于这两个世界的人，看到的东西必然是不一样的。从某种意义上说，一张美元跟一张人民币本质上都是一张纸，甚至你可以认为它们都是是一张废纸，而之所以有汇率这样东西，纯粹是因为这是大国间互相博弈出来的一个游戏结果。

在我上一篇一个空头的再独白里面已经说过，如果我要制定一个攻击中国金融体系的方案，那么支点一定在于这个国家金融部门思维上的孤立和视野上的短浅，这种孤立和短浅带来最直接的后果就是在对其进行攻击的时候只要设计出一条攻击变量数目大于三的逻辑传导链条，就会导致各个部门处于顾此失彼的状态。

所以当我看到离岸人民币市场硝烟四起，烽火不断的时候，我第一直觉是，既然这么热闹，想都不用想了，真正的目标，一定不在这里。

没有一个对手会傻到在中国央行能控制的战场上大规模地跟它对垒，这是战场上的常识。如果你觉得央行赢了，那是因为你根本没有考虑过怎么样去攻击一个国家的金融制度。而当下中国金融部门最缺乏的，恰恰是一种攻击者的思路和直觉。我们的金融部门，就像生物学上那个著名的膝跳反应中的青蛙，只剩下对电信号的应激反应，刺激一下跳一下，刺激哪个地方就在哪个地方弹一下大腿。

如果央行再像现在这样争一城一池，那么最后的结果一定是以赢得每一场战役的代价输掉整场战争。你的外汇储备终归是有限的，是，你每次靠资金和信息不对称的优势可以去消灭一批小空头，但是相对应的你同时也把自己置身于了一个大趋势的对立面，长久以此，一旦耗尽所有弹药，那么真正的对手会在最后一战顺着趋势一举反噬掉你。更何况，这个一定不是主战场。当你在这个地方弹尽粮绝之后，别的地方一旦再起战火，你怎么办？

如果真的到了接近弹尽粮绝的地步，中国一定会进行外汇管制，因为保整个国家和保整个外汇体系这两个选择里，毫无疑问肯定ZF会选前者。而一旦进行外汇管制，你的国际化还怎么进行下去？而人类历史上所有进行过外汇管制的国家都只验证了一个道理，那就是外汇管制这个制度除开能制造出一种本币会变成一张废纸的预期之外，并没有任何用处。同时，不要忘了，这一定只是逻辑链条的第二层。中国一旦实行外汇管制，把自己和外部货币体系割裂之后，相当于一个人为自己套上了一个透明的塑料袋并绑紧在脖子上，长久以往，自然会窒息掉。美元处于收缩周期的时候，它不会允许另外一种货币趁它收缩的时候大肆在它原先的地盘扩张，最简单的做法就是一劳永逸地封死这种货币。

那美元为什么要进行收缩？任何有兴趣的人都可以拿着美元指数这半个世纪的波动图去对比高点和低点时候历史上分别发生过的大事。我个人给出的答案很简单，你可以参考，或者你有更好的答案也不妨告诉我。那就是下一场科技界的大泡沫很快要吹起来了，每一次所谓的科技革命，你以为是靠什么堆起来？钱！看看现在硅谷的科技新闻，不管是新能源，航太科技，还是虚拟现实技术，都隐隐约约有一种爆发的迹象，感觉就差那么临门一脚了，如果这个推论成立，按照每一次科技泡沫的过程，我几乎都能推出2018或者2019年会再迎来一次纳斯达克指数大崩盘，然后若干顶尖的公司会在数年之后脱颖而出。而在现在到未来三年这段时间里，如果在地球别的地方出现一个资金和科技聚集的中心，对于美国想引导的下一场科技革命，简直会是一场致命的灾难。

当然，这只是我一个猜想，我并不对此猜想负责，如果本ID哪天闲得没事做，甚至可以弄出无数个更离奇的猜想。犹记得，爱因斯坦说过，想象力远远比知识重要，这话并不完全适用于科研工作者们，我更想把它送给中国金融部门的全体人员，因为他们不但觉得狡猾的敌人会按照教科书上说的进攻路线来攻打，而且敌人会沿着上一次失败的路径再进行一次失败。

好好想想我党当年是怎么夺天下的吧，运动战，围点打援，大规模穿插，长距离迂回包抄，从来就只有我们牵着敌人的鼻子揍，有哪一次是让人牵着鼻子的？

如果中国的金融监管部门真的要打赢一场战争，那么，先考虑好，对方要真正进攻的目标，是哪里。其次，不要把一个国家的中央银行搞得跟一个小私募一样在市场上左冲右突，你有见过把司令员当突击队员用的军队吗？不能因为某个焦点很热就让它把自己弄得一叶障目不见泰山，第一代核心不是说过嘛，“你打你的，我打我的”，中国的求生之道不在于能在离岸市场打爆多少空头，而是在于如何能尽快地构建起一个有足够吸引力的国际化资本市场，也就是俗称的“大池子”。
