Let’s pull through the disaster together!

On May 12th,a terrible earthquake happened in Sichuan Province.A number of buildings were destroyed and a lot of people were killed in the earthquake. Now the situation there is still serious.
   However,our government reacted quickly.Premier Wen arrived in the disaster areas rapidly and commanded the army by himself.The China’s People’s Liberation Army is trying their best to save people who are in danger as much as possible without thinking of themselves. Many movie stars,pop stars and sports stars such as Cheng long,Yao ming have given their hands to the refugees by donating much money to the charities.As for the ordinary people in our society,they also have given their money away or become volunteers to help people in disaster area,which has shown their love to our Sichuan compatriots.Another thing made me moved a lot was that a old beggar donated all his money which was got by begging.
   The natural disaster is cruel and the life is fragile,but our love is great.Our patriotism can light up the flame of hope in our hearts and give us enough power to pull through any hardship.
   As a student,though we can’t make a great contribution to our homeland,we can give away our pocket money and write letters to the students who are in disaster area to encourage them to be optimistic.  
This earthquake is big challenge for China ,but we believe we can win,because we are Chinese. So let’s pull through the disaster together!
