In fact,that was about an death criminal accused as murder in 1995 in Shanxi Province, and she was a "HAN", not a tibetan. The scene was very dispiteous, most Chinese feel sick about that kind of execution too, but nowadays the situation has been changed greatly,euthanasia has been adopted. I hate the execution, I hate the liar as well. The most woefully thing is so many ignorant persons supported the liar. Did you see the Chinese characters labelling her name? If you see that and had a little basic knowledge about Chinese, you will not be cheated so easily!

Our country is getting better and better(including the Autonomous Region of Tibet),we love freedom, we have found the right way toward freedom, we feel happy when getting rid of more and more limitation, some westerners don't know our latest history and cannot understand our feeling, you even don't want to,just guess we are all brain-washed, it's speechless, there are hundreds of millions of netizens in China, we can and like to view all the medias including CNN to get more information and international traditions(in fact, the govn always quotes those international traditions as standards,even many of them are not suitable for China), we offer suggestions to the govn, we criticize the govn,  more and more oppinions have been accepted, the govn is changing faster and faster by us, with less price than your way. To the opposite, some westerners seem not like to view our media,not to communicate with common Chinese (including local tibetans), you even would not like to pay a little tiny attention to our latest history (especially about the Autonomous of Tibet), only your govn, your nedia and the anti-China organizes are credible,hha? They never ever lied to you, hha?There is only one side about Chinese affairs, hha? Do you have enough direct evidences before you judge? why do you just listen to one side as a "law-officer"?

Does your govn allow a quarter of your territory splitted? Do you like your family set apart and your brothers and sisters becoming enemies? do you want the Tibetans drivering other local nations away? Do you need the second Middle East appears in the peaceful Tibet? Do you like the "*.11" is described as some govn crackdown the "nonviolent" protestors on the planes? Do you like watching "non-violent" protestors attacking female handicapped torch bearer? How do you feel? Our govn accused the "*.11" terrorists, our people donate for your flooded areas, our people try our best to support the Olimpic（nonpolitical）,WHAT did you do? One world, one dream, that means people in all countries gather together with commucation and understand,how do you think? Is Olimpic still nonpolitical? Maybe it can be re-explained just as you need! Many people are doing so! It's ridiculous !  

Yeah,different voices should be allowed, but why now? Why not earlier or later? why at this holy ceremony? why everything is coming? the Taiwan, the Tibet,the darfur,the human rights, the freedom…Weren't they too coincidental? These people are destroying the greatest "religion" of human with their private believies! they have their free,how about the 1.3 billion Chinese? how about the Olimpic? how about the human?

为了活下去，陆女不得不踏上了流浪和乞讨的道路。1989年，陆女在运城郊外一座餐饮店外的垃圾堆中捡食剩饭时被饭店保安放狗咬伤，因流血过多昏倒路旁。饭店经理马某见她有几分姿色，便将她抬回救治，后以暴力手段威逼其从事**活动。1991年扫黄打非在全国展开，马某的饭店被查封，除马某逃脱外，陆女和其他几名**女被当场抓获。陆女被处以劳动教养一年，押往渭南劳改农场服刑改造。1992年刑满释放，被遣返回原籍监管。
因为害怕“灾星”再带来灾祸，乡人鼓动其继父赶快将陆女嫁出。恰逢其继父有一远亲李某某住在在陕西省庆阳县西岭村，从小患有残疾，贫困无妻，陆父便收了李家一千元彩礼钱，派人将陆女强行押送到西岭给李某某。李家一贫如洗，李某某常年瘫痪在床，衣食不能自理，家务事都靠老母照料，但是人性格老实内向，认命的陆女决定安心服侍李某某生活。
可是好景不长，同村有一恶霸胡某，平时横行乡里，他见陆女貌美，便起歹意，欲将其霸占。在胡某的淫威下，李家敢怒不敢言。陆女虽然苦苦哀求，仍然被以两千元的价格卖给胡某享用。胡某生性暴疟，酗酒成性，每次醉后必对陆女毒打施暴。从1992年到1993年间，陆女因不堪胡某的凌辱和虐待，多次寻找机会逃跑，但每次都被抓回毒打。胡某更制作5公斤铁镣一副长期将陆女锁在家中。1994年初陆女再次设法逃跑，被胡某带人追赶几公里抓回后打断右腿，从此被用铁锁禁锢在床上。
几周后胡某外出经商，走前托付其表弟唐某、关某看押陆女。两人却趁机对陆女多次**，导致其怀孕。唐某新近丧偶，又因为孩子可能是自己的，便许诺陆女将支付胡某一笔补偿费以换取她的自由，并聚她为妻，使陆女心生一线希望。
1994年底陆女在唐家生下一名男婴。1995年春节胡某回乡过节，唐某心中害怕，仍将陆女和孩子送回，并咬定孩子和他无关。胡某极为暴怒，将陆女剥光衣服反绑双手吊在树上狠抽，并用刀猛戳她的大腿和下身拷问“奸夫”，将其折磨得死去活来。当晚唐某、关某怕出人命，前来劝解，却被盛怒下的胡某持刀追砍，导致二人死亡。次日黎明，喝得大醉的胡某将被冻得奄奄一息的陆女解下，拖进屋中再次毒打至昏迷，随后自己也恨恨地睡去。陆女苏醒后，浑身血肉模糊，疼痛难忍，却发现儿子已经以被狠心的胡某掐死了，一时间如雷轰顶，悲愤交加，心怀绝望，失去理智，遂使尽浑身力气，取镰刀向熟睡中的胡某猛砍，致其死亡，并放火烧屋。火起，村民赶来救火，发现了浑身是血的陆女持刀呆坐于地，而唐某、关某和胡某都被砍死。众人大惊，愤怒的群众将陆女捆绑殴打，并将其扭送公安部门。
此案被列为庆阳县1995年特大案件，1995年3月陆金凤被批准逮捕。经审讯，陆犯对所犯罪行供认不讳。庆阳县法院认为陆犯虽然遭遇悲惨，其情可叹，但她是劳改释放人员，尚在监管期，且杀人事实清楚，法律无情，又正值严打其间，所有罪行加重处理，应当判处死刑。陆犯不服，提出上诉，但被驳回。1995年12月24日陆犯被押往咸阳，在公判大会上终审被判处死刑立即执行，剥夺政治权利终身。
当天下午，一颗子弹结束了她罪恶的生命。

It was a tragedy. not long after her born in1975, Lu' s father and grandfather all died. Then her relativities thought her as a malefic according to some kind of faith (that is why people need to learn science,  that is why  fewer Tibetans get religions and more go to school today, they choose to listen to truth, that is what Dalai and his followers don' t want to see and describe as fewer religious freedom in Tibet, because fewer votaries means less power and money. When Dalai ruled Tibet, a family with more than three child must sent one child into the temple to be a monk, was that freedom? ) and tried to bury her alive. Her mother struggled for saving her. Her mother also died in 1988, her step-father was too grief to keep her （aslo seeing her as a malefic）and kicked her out of the family. no longer after that she  married with a  guy . In 1995, she killed her husband and was sentenced to death.
