The chinese leaders, though not chosen by their people, have yet shown more vision, more national pride and better results for upliftment of their people and country. Agreed, there is corruption in china, but really it is nowhere as near to rampant corruption in India. In India we have already accepted corruption as a normal way of life. And lets just not blame our politicians for that - we the people are equally responcible for this. Its pathetic that we should rant about corruption in China or any other country for that matter. （当然，中国也有贪污，但是真的是和印度一样吗？在印度，我们已经接受贪污腐败是生活中正常的一部分。让我们不要责怪我们的政治家们，选了他们的我们也要负同样的责任。可悲的是，我们应该对中国的贪污或者其他国家的贪污问题高谈阔论吗？）

You are going way off topic, Megha. It is about the insecurity of the Chinese leaders in the face of a political message, hidden or otherwise. They are concerned that the people in the so called people's republic will start questioning the policies of their leaders, and begin protests and opposition. The article is not about corruption in India, which is another issue. Anyway, has India banned or restricted Avatar for its political message of the colonised opposing the colonisers?

Here are some simple facts:
We are too lazy and indisciplined as compared to china. Our productivity (even in private sector) is much less than China. We are only thinking about how not to do a work
We only look at what other person is doing or not doing and try to find fault. Just travel between Mumbai to Delhi by train and keep looking outside.....you just see trash and filth littered all over. Travel between Shanghai & Beijing and all you see is beautiful countrysideOur politicians can only talk.....they can do
We have also banned many books and movies for some idiotic reasons.
We should remember that every country has some plus and minus points depending on political and social set up. We should try and learn some good points from others instead of either critisizing or making fun of them.

It isn't speaking against China. It would be pretty much the same article in the same tone against any nation, had it done something as rubbish as imposing ban on things just because it would make people think!!

The point to note is why a country which aspires to be a super power, quibbles when questions such as this are raised.

And.. all of us would agree that chinese in general are more displined. But its not about common man that we are talking about, when we speak about bans- its about the communist government

At least in China, we can see progress that has helped so many of its citizens. what do we see in India ?. Only complaining and bickering. It is said that India does not have people of caliber to carry our reforms and thus use Democracy as an excuse for all the rot and muck we see in India. Simple as that. India is called a NATO country. NO ACTION TALK ONLY.

If you were Chinese by the time your comment would have published you would be in jail (for china bashing) as you have very easily bashed India. Freedom of speech which you take for granted here is not there in china.

So before praising the Chinese development look at the cost at which it comes.

Very rarely do i see any balanced reporting on China from Indian journalists and columnists. They either praise china to no end or revile it to their heart's content. This article very much falls in the second category.

Quiet thought provoking. On this side Indian Politicians are making a fool of the masses and taking us for a ride. 其实说到印度，我的看法很多面，一方面因为网上很多人对印度的看法不太好，整天阿三长阿三短的，将其当做笑柄。但是另一方面：
1印度有好的古文明，坚持自己的民族传统性，在保留自己民族饿传统文化方面做得比中国好得多
2凤凰卫视的军事评论员马鼎盛说过一句话“伐谋，伐交，伐战”之类的，他说，印度在国际上，无论他做什么事情，从来没有受到中国这样的指责，比如，他发展核武器，他吞并锡金，他大量购买到军事武器等等，他的国际发展环境比中国好太多，也许我们国家有些人会说，因为印度没有中国有威胁性，不成器，所以别人就不怕他，可是我觉得印度一定有其可取之处，值得中国学习的。居安思危！
3我关心印度是因为印度在中国的南亚方向，其实南亚方向才是中国的一个关心之处，你看奥巴马与胡锦涛主席的联合声明里面也谈到南亚问题

几个原因，一是印度能够上得起网的大部分都是中产阶级，知识分子之类的，他们写的评论很长的，很多：
二是这不是印度的军事论坛，据说，印度军事论坛里面的愤青比中国的更恐怖，因为他们想着62年的战争，如同我们恨小日本一样
