(CNN) -- A blast at a tax office that left four dead and 19 injured in central China was a deliberate attack, state media reported Saturday. 35007CANNON I wonder what would happen if a foreign government supported the insurgency in order to destabilize their government. Might be an effective tactic to ensure they will keep looking inward rather than looking to pick a fight outward. Good way to keep a country in check. ·
