There were two of the largest flower markets in China and both of them are in the city of Kuanming. One is for fresh flowers and other is for dried ones (shown in my picture here).

中國境內兩大花市非昆明莫屬. 一個是專賣鮮花的尚義花市, 另一個就是賣乾燥花的佳盟花市.

Since everyone in our group was from Shanghai, logically going to the dried flower market would make more sense.

團裏的人都是外地來的, 所以當然該來乾燥花市.

Either dried flowers or fresh flowers in these markets were not sold by individual stems, nor by the dozens, rather by weight.

無論是新鮮的花, 還是乾燥花, 總之這裏的花不是論枝賣, 也不是論打賣, 是論斤賣的!! 我的天~

You can get a kilogram of this and a kilogram of that then mix & match them or design your own pattern like what they did here.

你可以買一斤這種, 一斤那種, 回家搭配或是自己組型像這裏市場賣的.

I could not see the end of these shops. Boy~! Even flowers could be like a carpet in China.

走進商場, 這頭看不到那頭. 我的天! 連中國的花卉也多到可以舖一整大片的地毯.

Good thing that my travel had not yet finished; I had no reason to take any of these home.  Wait until I tell you what happened to me later.

Those people in our group bought dozens of boxes of flowers from here.  They had so much trouble bringing these boxes on the plane.

還好我的旅程還沒結束, 沒有理由買這些花.  等我慢慢跟你說後來發生了什麼事情吧!  其它的團員在這裏買了好幾打盒子的乾燥花, 後來連上飛機都麻煩不斷.  買太多了.

Some of the shops here also sold fresh bulbs. Since I could not bring plants home, so I could forget about buying some here. These bulbs were sold like the potatoes in our grocery market.

這裏還有店家賣球莖. 我帶不了植物入關, 所以打消買的唸頭. 這些球莖堆著賣好像我們超市賣的土豆哩.

I was going to post this one on the Chinese Valentine's day; however, no matter how fast I tried to post my trips, I am still too late.

原本打算在中國七夕情人節貼這篇的, 無論我怎麼趕貼文, 還是晚了許久. 反正有情人無時無刻都愛意滿滿, 我就在此錦上添花馬後炮一束吧!

插花貴婦: 這種乾燥花要是能插一盆的話, 可以偷懶很久不用插吧?
