Todayin Copenhagen the US President clearly demonstrated that he does notfully understand, recognize nor appreciate the extent of the unfoldingclimate crisis.
今天在哥本哈根美国总统清楚地声明，他不是很明白气候危机演变的程度，也不承认和赞许。
The President of the United States just gave one of the most lackluster and empty speeches of his career to date.

Sadly he even lobbed veiled threats to non-Annex I countries --those he dubs: "major emitters".

And join aglobal effort to mobilize $100 billion in financing by 2020, if it ispart of the broader accord.
