First of all whenever you sent your Men to other Country You make Sure you give them Nice Weapons Good Protective Gear and all so that they LOOK Good ( Deadly ) or whatever

As far as I know There is not much Difference in the Armament Sector between India and China The Main and Important Factor which is Important and makes the real Difference is The Political Will and How much Focused are you in your Countries Policies Which I am sorry to Say the Chinese are way ahead of India and thats where we should I think Concentrate Getting our Priorities right( In our Countries Benefit ) and having a Political Will
Here again - a competition. What is it with the media? The area of competition that you are addressing in your article has no meaning. Let us assume that we "overtake" China - then what - is this a guarantee to sustained prosperity in India? If so - why is the prosperity not sustained in USA and China now? Why are people losing their jobs and economies headed towards anarchy. Suggest that we all spend more time in constructive and harmonious co-existence rather than playing a hare and a tortoise game. It is this very competition which has lead world economics to the place it is in now.
Indias always dream something that only favors India. But reality hurts, China can afford nearly $600 Billion or even more to stimulate her economy, and it could be expected that China will come out even stronger after this economic down turn. How much India can get from pocket, $4B, that's pale. Sigh.

第一层是对印度政府官僚无能的失望与指责，如抨击孟买所在的马哈拉施特拉邦首席部长（省长）Pawar的回复者就大叫：“象他这样的冒牌领导人应该当众惩处，拉去绕镇子骑驴游街（fake leaders like him should be punished in public and made to ride on a donkey and taken around town）”
有的人则说：“中国幸亏没有一个像国大党政府那样懦弱没有骨气（对危机）不知所措的政府”（ China luckily doesnt have a spineless and cowardly UPA government which doesnt know how to respond)
